Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 3:00pm AEST are usually dispatched on the same business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
We use Startrack Premium to ship the majority of our deliveries within Australia, and Australia Post for PO Box deliveries. Please use the Startrack transit time tool or, the Auspost postage and delivery calculator for estimated delivery times to your area. Please note we dispatch from Geelong 3214. Delivery may take longer to some rural areas, such as the Northern Territory, Western Australia and PO Boxes.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

Tracking your package is easy!
Your tracking number is located in the shipping confirmation email you receive when your package leaves our warehouse. To track your package enter your tracking number into https://startrack.com.au/track/search or https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
In-Store Pick Up allows you to order selected Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes products and collect the order from selected Quiksilver, Roxy or Boardriders stores.
Orders under $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 fee, In-Store Pick Up orders over $50.00 are free of charge. More Information
Customs Import Duties and Taxes for New Zealand
Orders may be shipped from international distribution centers and may be subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes assessment. If assessed, all applicable import duties and taxes, and/or carrier-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. These additional charges will be presented upon delivery of the goods and not during checkout, the fee will be collected from the recipient by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery Parcels containing goods above NZD $199.99 in value are subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes. Parcels containing goods of lesser value are not subject to any import duties and/or taxes. Returns, warranties & conditions
In addition to your legal rights, we allow a refund or exchange for all goods (excluding promotional goods) returned within 30 days of purchase if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale. If goods are purchased between 1 December and 25 December, we will allow a refund or exchange of those goods if returned by 26 January the following year if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale.
Some of our goods come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer against defects. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will assess a warranty claim in accordance with your legal rights, upon receipt of a proof of purchase and inspection of the returned good.

It is a condition of sale that goods are not resold for commercial purposes and that goods are returned to the country from which they were purchased.
