1. What is the best way for me to apply for a job at Boardriders?
That all depends on what position you’re applying for. If you’re looking for a Shop Assistant position, we recommend taking your resume into your local store – our teams would love to meet you! If you’re looking for a Store Management, Warehouse or Corporate Office role you can apply online – all of our vacant positions are advertised on Seek.com.au. Can’t find the right role advertised? You can submit your resume to us any time using the form above. We’ll keep your details on file for 6 months and reach out if we have any suitable positions.


2. Where are your positions located?
Our warehouse is in Geelong, VIC. We have corporate offices located at Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast QLD and in Torquay, VIC. We have retail stores nationwide.


3. I applied for a job online, how long will it take before I hear back?
We review all applications for our open positions. We’d love to contact everyone with feedback from their application but unfortunately that’s not always possible. You should expect to hear from us within three weeks of the closing date if you have been short listed for an interview. Unfortunately if you haven’t heard from us in this timeframe you have likely been unsuccessful for this role, but we’ll keep you in mind for other positions.


4. I’ve been invited for an interview! What should I wear?
As a team we love to wear our brands, so feel free to wear your favourite outfit or smart/casual attire. Suits are not required here!

5. Do you have any part time jobs?
Yes, we do have part time positions available. Most of these are in our Retail Stores or Warehouse. You can see all available open positions posted on www.seek.com.au.


6. Do you have job opportunities outside of Australia?
Yes, as a global company we have opportunities worldwide, mostly in Europe or the USA. To enquire about opportunities outside of Australia please visit the global website at www.boardriders.com.


7. Does Boardriders promote from within?
Yes we do! We promote from within whenever possible and all positions are advertised internally. However, we would like for you to be in your current job for a minimum of 6 months before you apply for another position within the company.


8. I’ve been invited to a group interview – what does that involve?
From time to time we run group interviews, particularly if we have a few positions in the same team. This is a great opportunity to meet some of the team you may be working with, find out more about us as a business and network with other candidates. Each session is different, but normally we will share some information about the business, conduct short 1:1 interviews and get everyone involved in team activities. It’s really informal and fun, so please don’t be nervous!
