About The Club
The Boardriders Club is our loyalty program and our way of rewarding our awesome customers. It's free to join and members can earn points and rewards, plus enjoy birthday & anniversary offers, early access to sales, VIP promotions, and lots more exclusive member benefits!
Basically, you earn points and other perks for spending with any of our brands. Points accumulate and go towards rewards and status upgrades, and you receive other offers for your birthday, anniversary, and reaching a new status.
Points
Simply shop in store or online and make sure your purchase is linked to your Boardriders Club account!

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at participating full price stores and online, and 0.5 points per $1 spent out participating outlet stores. Points may take up to 48 hours to show in your account.

No points will be earned on gift cards or purchases third-party stores.

Your points are used to generate rewards and determine your status level, and there are two types: reward points and status points.

Reward points count towards your next reward. Every time you reach 300 reward points they will automatically convert into a $15 reward, and those 300 points will be removed from your balance.

Status points count towards your status level. Every time your status changes your status points will reset and you will have 12 months from that date to earn the required number of points to stay at that status (500 for silver, 1000 for gold). You can step up a status at any time, but only step down every 12 months if you don't meet the points requirement in that time.
Reward points don't expire, but once you hit 300 points they do convert into a reward, and rewards are valid for 60 days.

Status points get reset every time your status changes, or every 12 months - whichever happens first.

Points can take up to 48 hours to show in your account, and only items purchased from full price stores are eligible to earn points. If your transaction is showing in your account and you think it should have earned points, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Please note that you won't earn points on gift cards, or any purchases from outlet or third party stores or sites.
If you forgot to login or identify yourself as a club member when you made a purchase and the transaction isn't linked to your account, then please get in touch with a photo of your receipt and we'll see what we can do. We may be able to manually add the points if we have enough information, however we're unable to link the actual purchase details to your account.
Rewards
We love to reward our members, so there are a few ways!

Rewards points are automatically converted into a $15 reward every time you reach 300 points. If you jump to the next reward threshold in one go, your points will convert into one larger reward (eg. 600 points = $30 reward). So the more you shop, the more you'll be rewarded!

You'll also receive an anniversary reward every year on the date you first joined the club. The value depends on your status at the time the reward is sent: bronze = 10% off reward / silver = 20% off reward / gold = 30% off reward.

If you've provided your date of birth, you'll also score a birthday reward. The value of this also depends on your status at the time the reward is sent: bronze = $10 reward / silver = $20 reward / gold = $30 reward.
Rewards are easy to use!

Online - simply click APPLY on your reward at cart or checkout. (Just make sure you're logged in to your Boardriders Club account).

In store - the cashier should be able to apply the reward for you, just make sure you identify yourself as a club member and let them know you'd like to use a reward!

Please note that all rewards are valid for 60 days and cannot be used to purchase gift cards or exchanged for cash. Dollar value rewards may be used on third-party and hardware items, however these are excluded for percentage value rewards.

It depends on the conditions of the promotion. In some cases you can, and you can simply apply your reward and enter your promo code at cart or checkout.
It's our birthday gift to you! If you've provided your date of birth, you'll score a reward on your birthday.

Yes, the birthday reward expires after 60 days.
You will only receive one birthday reward per year.

So if you change your birth date in your account but have already received a birthday reward for the year, you won't receive another one.

If you haven't yet received a birthday reward and you change the date, you should receive you reward on the new date, so long as the date isn't that day.

Status
Status levels are calculated from the number of status points you earn in a year. The higher your status, the better the perks!

Bronze = less than 499 status points per year
Silver = 500 - 999 status points per year
Gold = over 1000 status points per year
You will step up a status level as soon as your reach the points threshold.
You will step down a status if you make a return that pushes you below the points threshold, or after 12 months if you don't earn enough points.

Your status points balance will reset every time you change status. After 12 months, if you've earned enough points you'll stay at your current status, otherwise you'll step down to the status that matches your status points balance.

Bronze = less than 499 status points per year

Simply earn enough status points in a year and you will automatically step up!

First, it's best to check that points for all of your purchases have reached your account and that your status points qualify to reach the next status. Also check if you've made any returns, as points will have been removed.

There are two ways for your status to step down:
1. You make a return that pushes your status points balance below the silver or gold status threshold.
2. If you haven't earned enough points in the 12 months since your status stepped up, you'll automatically step down to the level that matches your status points balance on the review date.

Gold = 1000+ status points per year
No, sorry. We found that most people didn't want another card in their collection, so we've tried to just make it super easy to identify yourself in store.
Gift Cards
You sure can! Simply apply your reward and enter your gift card code at cart or checkout online, or let the cashier know in store.

Account
There are a few ways to join the club.

ONLINE

> Existing customers: if you already have an online shopping account, login and head to My Points & Rewards, then click the JOIN button - that's it! You can also just click the JOIN button anywhere you see it throughout the site.

> New customers: just sign up via our Boardriders Club join form.


IN STORE

> New + existing customers: Simply let the cashier know you'd like to join!
Simply login online and navigate to My Points & Rewards, look at the top of any emails you receive from us, or ask in store!
We can in some instances, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help!
We ask for your details to help us provide you with more relevant information and offers - and so we know when to send your birthday reward of course!
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, click the Unsubscribe link in the bottom of the last email and you'll have the option to unsubscribe from promotional content, account notifications, or both.

Alternatively, get in touch and we'll take you off the list.
If you'd like to leave the club, please get in touch and let us know you'd like us to delete your account. If you'd just like to stop receiving emails, click the Unsubscribe link in the bottom of your email and you'll have the option to unsubscribe from promotional content, account notifications, or both.
Returns
If you received points when you purchased the item, then those points will be removed from your account when the return is processed.

If no points were earned on the purchase of the item, then no points will be removed.
Unfortunately we're unable to reinstate rewards one they've been used, so any points earned on the item will be removed from your account, but the reward won't be added back.
