30 Day Returns Policy

We understand it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct size when buying clothes and footwear online.

To help remove any risk or worry, we’re delighted to offer you a 30 day hassle-free return or exchange option on all full-priced products. For sale or promotional items, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

There are two ways to return products to DC Shoes for a refund or exchange:

Returns by Mail

Please contact us at onlinesales@dcshoes.com.au and request a Return Authorisation Number (also known as an RA Number). Once you receive the RA Number, please post the product, RA Number and proof of purchase to:

How long will it take?

Items sent by mail for exchange or refund can take up to 2 weeks (excluding Australia Post delivery times) in our warehouse. That time includes time for the goods to be processed and then shipped back to you. If you haven't received it back inside of 2 weeks, don't panic! It shouldn't be far away.

Returns to Store

If you’d prefer to return your item to a store, we recommend you contact your nearest DC Shoes store in Australia to make sure they can assist you. Remember to take your proof of purchase with you.

Faulty or Damaged Product

If a product is faulty, damaged or different to that shown or described on our website, we’ll happily exchange the product or offer you a full refund.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. This offer applies to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.

Returns Policy

  • Specific warranty terms may apply to technical products.
  • Where you are seeking a refund or exchange for a product (other than a product that is faulty, different to that shown or described, or not doing what it is supposed to do), the product must be returned with all tags attached and packaging in ‘as new’ condition, with a copy of proof of purchase. In these circumstances we will not refund you your postage costs for sending the product back to us. Where you are seeking an exchange, we will send the exchanged product to you at our cost (provided it is of the same size and weight as the item you returned).
  • Product is faulty if it is received by you damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • Product exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Product returned to us by mail is sent at your own cost and risk. We recommend you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims as we will not be responsible for lost items.
  • We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty, different to that shown or described or not doing what it is supposed to do. In this situation, where we send you replacement product, we will do so at our cost.
